This page explains how to request deletion of personal information associated with your Forensic Comparison Software website account, including information received through Facebook Login.
If you signed in with Facebook, your request should say that it relates to Facebook Login. We will delete or disconnect the Facebook Login data associated with your FCS account, including the Facebook login identifier and any profile information we received from Facebook, unless we need to retain limited records for security, legal, accounting, licensing, or contractual reasons.
You can also remove the FCS app from your Facebook account through Facebook's app and website settings. Removing the app in Facebook does not always identify your local FCS account to us, so email us using the process above if you want FCS website data deleted from our records.
If Facebook sends FCS an automated data deletion callback, we use that request to disconnect matching Facebook Login data from the local account when possible and return a confirmation code to Facebook.
We may ask for information needed to verify that you control the account before processing the request. After we verify the request, we will delete, anonymize, or disconnect applicable personal information where reasonably possible. Deleting account data may remove access to downloads, licenses, activations, support history, and other account services.
